ZenHeads LLC is a boutique wellness space in Knoxville, TN, specializing in unique, sensory-based massage experiences. Our focus is on gentle, scalp-centered bodywork infused with ASMR-inspired touches and playful tools that help clients discover deep relaxation in new ways.

We are expanding our team and looking for licensed massage therapists who want to be part of something creative, supportive, and a little different from the typical spa environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients into a calm, supportive space and make them feel cared for.

  • Perform light, sensory-based massage and scalp treatments (training provided).

  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room following sanitation protocols.

  • Prepare and restock tools, oils, and supplies as needed.

  • Assist with light studio duties such as laundry, setup, and closing routines.

  • Be open to training in ASMR-inspired techniques, scalp massage, and specialty tools.

  • Uphold professional standards, ethics, and Tennessee state licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Massage Therapists in Tennessee (new grads welcome!).

  • Friendly, professional, and curious about exploring a creative approach to massage.

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible.

  • Open to learning new techniques that are fun, unique, and gentle on your body.
