ZenHeads LLC is a massage studio in Knoxville, TN that offers gentle, scalp-centered bodywork with a modern ASMR twist! We are looking for licensed massage therapists to help us bring our new menu of services to East TN.

What You’ll Do

ZenHeads sessions are table-based and focus mainly on the scalp with a blend of Swedish Massage and our own signature style of light touch bodywork. We use IASTM (tool-assisted massage) in a creative way, incorporating combs, scratchers, and other tools to enhance sensation. The goal is not pressure, but calming, tingly, and invigorating effects that spark ASMR, relax the nervous system, and help clients find their zen.

The style of work is light on your body, fun to perform, and deeply relaxing for clients. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Welcome clients into a calm, supportive space and make them feel cared for.

  • Perform light, sensory-based massage and scalp treatments (training provided).

  • Perform Swedish massage in focused areas.

  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room following sanitation protocols.

  • Prepare and restock tools, oils, and supplies as needed.

  • Assist with light studio duties such as setup and closing routines.

  • Uphold professional standards, ethics, and Tennessee state licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Massage Therapists in Tennessee (new grads welcome!).

  • People who are friendly, professional, and curious about exploring a creative approach to massage.

  • Someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and open to following a set service protocol.

  • Minds that are open to learning new techniques that are fun, unique, and gentle on your body.

Social media is a huge part of the ZenHeads brand! You don’t need an online presence to work here - but if you do, we simply ask for professionalism online and off.

Our Clientele

ZenHeads attracts a mix of local clients looking for new ways to relax, as well as visitors who travel specifically to experience our one-of-a-kind services. Our guests are ASMR fans, don’t want deep tissue, and are excited to try something different.

What We Offer

  • $30/hr W2 compensation (even during down times when you’re not performing services) + gratuity
