Compensation

  • $30/hr W2 compensation + Gratuity

    This hourly rate applies to all scheduled, on-the-clock hours, regardless of booking volume. With gratuity, employees typically average $40–$60 per hour when consistently booked.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Massage Therapists in Tennessee (new grads welcome!)

  • Available to work at least three 5-hour shifts a week

  • Someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and open to following a set service protocol.

  • Someone who is open to creating personalized treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

  • People who are friendly, professional, and curious about exploring a creative approach to massage.

  • Minds that are open to learning new techniques that are fun, unique, and gentle on your body.

  • Special interest in prenatal massage is a plus (current need!)

What You’ll Do

We currently offer two types of table massage services at ZenHeads Massage Studio:

  1. ASMR Massage: These sessions feature ZenHeads’ signature tactile ASMR style, incorporating IASTM and light effleurage. The primary focus is deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. These sessions are less flexible and should generally follow a set protocol.

  2. Therapeutic Massage: These sessions are flexible and goal-oriented. You’ll work closely with Alyssa to:

    • Develop a marketing plan that targets a specific client population

    • Utilize modalities from your massage “toolbox” to help clients reach their goals

    • Build lasting therapeutic relationships through extended consultations and personalized treatment planning

    All modalities are welcome at ZenHeads, with particular appreciation for light-touch approaches and nervous-system-first techniques.

    On a daily basis, you will:

  • Welcome clients into a calm, supportive space and make them feel cared for.

  • Perform light, sensory-based massage and scalp treatments (training provided).

  • Perform Swedish massage in focused areas.

  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room following sanitation protocols.

  • Prepare and restock tools, oils, and supplies as needed.

  • Assist with studio duties such as setup and closing routines.

  • Uphold professional standards, ethics, and Tennessee state licensing requirements.

  • Collaborate with Alyssa to market your individual therapeutic style and attract your ideal clientele
