A ZenHead’s Guide to Knoxville

Welcome to Knoxville! If you’re visiting Zenheads from afar, we wanted to share a few of our favorite local spots in and around the city. Whether you’re here for the day or staying awhile, here’s our guide to exploring, eating, and unwinding in Knox.

Let’s Get Oriented

Knoxville is a booming University town in East Tennessee that sits at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It has a small town vibe with big city amenities and tons of outdoor attractions to enjoy and explore nature.

ZenHeads Massage Studio is located in West Knoxville, just outside of the town of Farragut, and about 20 minutes from downtown Knox. To keep things simple, we’ll use the studio as the reference point in this guide.
